Terms and Conditions of Participation: DerKanal Summer Giveaway – €1,000 Wellcard Voucher
Organizer
The giveaway is organized by DerKanal, Birostraße 13, 1230 Vienna, Austria (hereinafter: “Organizer”). The giveaway is in no way associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by these platforms.
Participation period
The giveaway runs from June 20, 2026 to August 31, 2026. The closing date for entries is August 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Austria. Employees of the Organizer are excluded from participation.
Entry is made by successfully subscribing to the DerKanal newsletter within the period stated above. A successful subscription requires completion of the so-called double opt-in procedure, meaning that the participant must click the confirmation link in the activation email.
Only one entry per person is permitted. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. However, to take part in the prize draw, the newsletter subscription must be active at the time of the draw.
Prize
The prize is a Wellcard voucher worth €1,000, redeemable at more than 700 thermal spas and wellness hotels. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. There is no entitlement to a replacement if the voucher cannot be redeemed.
Selection of the winner
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid and active newsletter subscriptions within two weeks of the end of the participation period. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided when subscribing.
If the person notified does not respond within 14 days of the notification being sent, the claim to the prize expires. In this case, the Organizer is entitled to draw a substitute winner.
Data protection
As part of the giveaway, personal data (email address and, optionally, first and last name) is processed for sending the newsletter and conducting the giveaway. The data will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties. Further information on data processing and your rights can be found in the privacy policy on our website at www.derkanal.at.
Other provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to end or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice if proper execution can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Recourse to the courts is excluded. Austrian law applies exclusively.

Organizer
The giveaway is organized by DerKanal (hereinafter: “Organizer”) in cooperation with the music venue Nikodemus, Purkersdorf. The giveaway is in no way associated with Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by these platforms. The sole contact and responsible party is @derkanal.at.
Participation period
The giveaway runs from June 3, 2026 to June 20, 2026 (closing date: June 20, 2026, 11:59 pm).
Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Austria. To take part, you must:
- follow the Instagram and Facebook channels of @derkanal.at and @nikodemus_purkersdorf,
- like the giveaway post, and
- tag a person in the comments.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning.
Prize
The prize is a voucher worth €100 for the music venue Nikodemus in Purkersdorf. The voucher cannot be paid out in cash and is non-transferable. The prize cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
Selection of the winner
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries after the end of the participation period. The winner will be notified promptly by direct message (DM) on the respective platform. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to draw a substitute winner.
Data protection
As part of the giveaway, personal data (name/username, comment) is processed exclusively for conducting the giveaway and is not passed on to third parties. Further information on data processing can be found in the Organizer’s privacy policy.
