After the property management (HVW) likely let the repair order sit for a while, I called "Der Kanal" myself after urging them, to quickly arrange an appointment for an emergency (clogged toilet). The first positive surprise – I got an appointment for the very next morning. The friendly employee was punctual (and called to announce himself half an hour beforehand), competent, friendly, and was able to quickly find and fix the problem.
