All defects and observations are documented exactly in accordance with the applicable standards (ATV, ISYbau or EN). The result is a complete inspection report with a clear sketch plan as a reliable basis for decision-making.
Fluorescent dye (luminate) testing is used to pinpoint the cause of moisture penetrating a building. A pigment dispersion is introduced as a tracer into water-carrying pipes or waterproofing layers. This way, even the smallest leaks can be located so that the problem can be remedied effectively.
Smoke testing is used to find leaks, faulty connections and infiltration of extraneous water in a sewer system. Artificial smoke is fed into the sewer system and becomes visible where it escapes from leaks. Leak testing in accordance with ÖNORM B 2503 is the official proof that your drainage and sewer system is completely watertight.
