High-Performance Vacuum Truck for Powerful Vacuuming Work

When Extreme Suction Power Is Required
Whether it's flooded basements, silted-up construction pits and underpasses after heavy rain, or the emptying of manholes and separators: When large quantities of liquids, sludge, or solids need to be removed, extreme suction power is required.
Our modern vehicle fleet is up to every challenge. For the most demanding tasks, we deploy our High-Tech Vacuum and Jetting Truck – a powerful vacuum unit that also operates with extreme sustainability thanks to innovative water recycling. For smaller or particularly confined areas, agile vacuum units complement our fleet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about vacuuming work.
Floods in cellars, underground car parks or underpasses are classic emergencies that our team specializes in. Our 24/7 emergency service is designed to be on site quickly to efficiently remove water and sludge with our high-performance suction vehicle, thus minimizing subsequent damage for you.
Our high-tech suction and flushing truck “Die Mücke” sucks liquids, sludge and also dry materials such as gravel or construction waste (up to 50 mm in diameter) with an enormous suction rate of up to 4,000 m³/h. In doing so, we clean and empty containers, shafts, separators, sedimentation tanks, cellars, roofs and attics, for example. However, the decisive difference to conventional suction vehicles is the unique water recycling technology.
Thanks to its versatility and tremendous power, “Die Mücke” is the ideal solution for a wide range of tasks:
- General sewer maintenance & cleaning
- Repairing massive blockages
- Extraction in case of flooding
- Removal of sludge and roof coverings
- Maintenance and emptying of grease separators
- Dry vacuuming & industrial cleaning
- Extraction of dangerous goods (ADR)
With up to 240 meters of high-pressure hose and 90 meters of suction hose, we can also reach distant pipes and shafts. Our entire range of equipment, from agile vacuum cleaners to high-performance vehicles, is designed to provide optimum suction power even in hard-to-reach areas and from great depths and heights.
The key difference is the ability to vacuum and rinse at the same time. Although a classic suction excavator can pick up loose material with even greater suction power, our “mosquito” is a multifunctional suction and rinsing vehicle: With its high-pressure pump (over 200 bar and up to 400 litres/minute), it removes hardened material and sucks it off in the same work step.
Water recycling often makes on-site use faster and more efficient, as we don't have to refill with fresh water. But above all, it protects the environment: per year of use, we save around 50 million liters of valuable drinking water. That is our active contribution to sustainability.
Our Vacuuming Processes for Every Challenge
With our modern vehicle fleet, led by our High-Tech Vacuum and Jetting Truck (named "Die Mücke"), we offer the right solution for every challenge. Our vacuuming work is divided into three core areas:
1. Wet Vacuuming (e.g. in case of flooding)
This is the classic application for emergencies such as flooded basements, underground garages, or construction pits. We quickly and efficiently remove large quantities of water, sludge, and other liquids to minimize consequential damage. Thanks to the integrated high-pressure jetting function, we can also loosen hardened sludge deposits first and then vacuum them up.
Overview of features:
- Range of use: Quick and efficient extraction of water and sludge in the event of floods and water damage.
- main advantage: The unique combination of vacuuming and rinsing to completely remove even stuck material.
- Technical details: Enormous suction capacity of up to 4,000 m³/h for rapid emptying.
2. Dry vacuum work
Our powerful technology is not limited to liquids. We also vacuum dry media and solids such as gravel (e.g., from flat roofs), construction debris, sand, or dust. This process is ideal for cleaning work in industry, on construction sites, or during remediation, where material must be removed quickly and with low dust emission.
Overview of features:
- Range of use: Extraction of dry solids such as gravel, rubble, sand or dust.
- main advantage: A quick, clean and dust-free alternative to manual cleaning, particularly in hard-to-reach places.
- Technical details: Extraction of solids up to a particle size of 50 mm; also possible over large heights and distances.
3. Special suction work (e.g. dangerous goods)
For particularly demanding tasks, such as emptying Oil and gasoline separators or the extraction of hazardous materials (ADR), we are your certified and reliable partner. Our vehicles and our trained team meet all legal requirements for safe transportation and proper disposal.
Overview of features:
- Range of use: Extraction and transportation of dangerous materials (ADR), emptying of separators and special industrial cleaners.
- main advantage: Legal security and maximum care through certified processes and specially trained personnel.
- Technical details: ADR-certified equipment for safe handling of hazardous substances.
