As a family-owned company, social cohesion is a matter of the heart for us. That is why we are happy to give back a part of our success to where it is most urgently needed. We are overwhelmed and proud that, as part of our Christmas fundraising campaign 2024, together with the support of our community, partners, and customers, we were able to collect a total of €10,000 for the Vienna Caritas facility "Gruft."

What is the Gruft?
The "Gruft" is arguably Vienna's best-known Caritas facility for homeless people. 365 days a year, around the clock, it offers homeless people a safe refuge and human warmth. The homeless receive a warm meal, a place to sleep, clean clothes, and the opportunity to shower at the Gruft. The Gruft team also supports people in getting back on their feet in society.
Our Campaign for Christmas 2024
While the Christmas season is characterized by warmth for most of us, winter is the hardest time of the year for homeless people. That's why we wanted to set an example together and launched a donation appeal for the "Gruft Winter Package" under the motto "We double your donation." Additionally, we donated for every guest at our Christmas "Punsch & Leberkäse" gathering and subsequently rounded up the resulting donation sum to €10,000.
The Donation Handover in 2025
At the beginning of 2025, the time had come: our managing directors Stephan Hofstetter-Ebner and Simeon Schmoigl had the great pleasure of officially presenting the donation cheque to Lis Pichler, the head of the Gruft. During a subsequent tour, they were able to see for themselves the tireless commitment with which the people there give their all every day to help those in need. We are delighted that our joint commitment is making an impact exactly where it is needed most.
